THERMAL INSULATION OF INTERNAL PARTITIONS
For this purpose we use a Canadian system of thermal insulation with
GAMO foam.
Thermally insulating the partitions during their installation, the finishing
material (gypsum plasterboards, etc.) is fastened to one of the sides
of the mounted frame. Thermal foam is sprayed on the inner side of the
finishing material and, after the excess of the foam has been cut off
by the thickness of the partition frame, the finishing material for another
side is fastened.
Advantages:
• there is no need of any insulation films;
|
• the foam prevents warm air from leaking
through the insulated structure, increasing efficiency of insulation to
the maximum;
• the work is not time consuming;
• the foam hardens within 30 seconds, so it can be covered with finishing
materials almost at once;
• even the hardest-to-reach places are insulated;
• very good sound insulation.
If it is necessery to thermally insulate already installed partitions
with an empty air cavity, whose thickness corresponds to the thickness
of the partition frame, the finishing material is drilled to make holes
necessary for filling the empty air cavities inside the partitions with
thermal foam. These Ø10 mm holes are drilled every 40-60 cm upwards, between
all vertical elements of the partition
|
frame. It is a special compound of components that is
used for this method, therefore thermal foam expands less and it takes
more time to harden.
Advantages:
• there is no need of any insulation films;
• the foam prevents warm air from leaking through the insulated structure,
increasing efficiency of insulation to the maximum;
• it allows to avoid expensive and time consuming disassembling of the
structure;
• even the hardest-to-reach places are insulated;
• very good sound insulation.
We perform thermal insulation works throughout Lithuania and Latvia.
